About Scott
Scott is a husband, father of three (including twins), music-lover, outdoor enthusiast, and late-blooming triathlete, cyclist, and open-water swimmer.

Adventurous and a consummate learner and explorer, Scott’s own personal and professional journey has been a continual process of self-discovery and growth – along the way he discovered his passion for working with others to develop and unlock their potential.

Scott’s 20+ years of experience developing and leading teams in complex organizations, consulting, teaching, and facilitating, have provided him with a unique skillset and deep expertise in coaching and mentoring, leadership and talent development, learning, and assessment. Scott believes in the power of the coaching craft - blending science and innovation with best practices and practical application.

Scott is an ICF-certified coach (ACC). He completed his professional coach training at Georgetown University. He has also completed advanced training through Cornell University’s Executive Program in HR Strategy and Business Partnering (Industrial & Labor Relations School) and the Talent Management Institute at UNC-Chapel Hill (Kenan-Flagler Business School). Scott is certified in numerous assessments and methodologies and maintains strong connections to communities of practice in coaching, HR, and applied psychology.
